Training Manager - AG equipment The Training Manager position exists to develop and implement company training strategy and methodology across all dealer and customer training platforms. Responsible for all training programs and training outcomes. Confers with stakeholders to gain knowledge of situations requiring training, and develops requirements and learning objectives. Responsible for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training sessions. Minimum of 3 years adult training or program development and marketing in an equipment industry. Train-the-Trainer program development. Demonstrated success in defining training needs and developing strategy to fulfill need. Advance skill in Microsoft Office Ability to design, evaluate and provide return-on-investment of training programs Degree required, Midwest with good salary range. - #09-849 |
