Regional Sales and Business Manager

As a regional sales manager for an Organic Fertilizer company, duties will include research and identification of customer requirements and expectations. Leverage and expand existing customer relationships, especially through focusing on their needs. Expand the current sales team through an increase in sales and introduction of new sales people. Explore and understand emerging market trends, identify new business opportunities and value creators leading to new product and business innovation. Also apply market analysis and knowledge to develop winning value propositions to gain a competitive advantage. Duties will also include identifying raw material streams, volume and margin strategy to leverage within the organic fertilizer business unit. A successful candidate will also need good communication skill, and the ability to work independently and other duties as assigned.
