Director of Operations

Responsible for the development & execution of the strategic plan for the operations components of the company that supports the overall division strategy. This role oversees all internal operational functions ensuring all processes are efficient & effective in the use of resources to meet customer & business requirements. The areas of oversight include Facilities Management, IT, Project Management, Facility Operation, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Health, Safety and Security, Indirect Spend and Business Process and Transaction Support. Responsibilities include formulating company policies, managing daily operations, & planning the use of materials & human resources.
