Beef Fabrication Manager

This manager will be in charge of all aspects of beef fabrication; assess and amend beef crewing needs for daily production requirements; yields; coordination of production with sales and shipping needs; training and cross-training of supervisors and crew members; ability to carry out USDA and HACCP food safety programs; corporate safety and OSHA policy adherence.
